Before Visiting

As we occasionally host private school journeys and celebrations, our public opening hours may vary. Please check this webpage or our Instagram page for the latest updates before visiting.

Our space is most suitable for babies, toddlers, and preschool children.

We are a strictly socks-only sanctuary to keep our floors pristine for floor-based play. Adults and children are required to wear socks, with grip socks recommended for children. If you forget, high-quality grip socks are available for purchase at the counter.

We have stroller parking at our entrance and lockers within the playloft for bags and belongings. To help keep the floors clean and comfortable for crawling children, we kindly ask that strollers be parked at the designated external parking area.

To keep our playloft clean, pest-free, and comfortable for all families, we only allow the consumption of water, milk, and light snacks at the counter area.

Full meals and takeaway foods are not permitted during regular play sessions. Food arrangements can be made for school visits and parties.

If your child is unwell, feverish, vomiting, having diarrhoea, or showing symptoms of a contagious illness (such as rashes, persistent coughing, or a runny nose), we kindly ask that you visit us another day. For the comfort and wellbeing of all families, temperature screening may be conducted for children upon entry.

Our playloft was designed as a calm, shared space for gentle play and discovery. We kindly ask families to be mindful of others, so everyone can enjoy the space comfortably.

You are welcome to take photos of your child’s discoveries and moments of play. We only ask that you be mindful of the privacy of other families and keep devices on silent mode to preserve the calm atmosphere.

  • "Almost didn't want this lovely playloft to get too popular! But it is a great concept -- the toys, slide, digital light shows, role playing toys and all. Love the very chill vibe and the play guides who actively play with the children. Lovely place!"

  • "Best playhouse in Singapore! My little one used to only enjoy playing with balls at indoor playgrounds, but this place inspired him to explore all kinds of toys. The educational and engaging toys helped improve his fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Even my husband and in-laws had a great time at this spacious and well-designed playhouse!

    —Fuiping

  • "I've been looking for a place where my son can enjoy quality, battery-free, open-ended toys without having to buy so many ourselves—and this place is perfect. The variety of colorful, high-quality wooden educational toys and blocks is amazing. It's such a calm and inviting environment, with soft background music (no loud music, thankfully!) that allows him to focus and play quietly without being overstimulated."

  • "Staff are very gentle and friendly, will play together with kids. Toys are all new and interactive. Very impressed by the toys selection. My girl had tons of fun here. Will definitely visit again. "

  • "Very clean and spacious with plenty of interactive play areas, price is reasonable, will definitely come back again!"

    - Billy

  • "Very clean! Was a fun place for my baby to run around. Went on a weekday and it was really quiet. I think it was because they were newly opened. Lovely place! "

Can I wait without paying if my child can play independently?

To ensure the highest standards of safety and to encourage meaningful family bonding, we generally require children to be accompanied by an adult.

However, we understand that modern parenthood often comes with unexpected demands. For parents facing an urgent commitment—such as a last-minute meeting or a pressing errand—we offer a bespoke Emergency Concierge Minding service.

To maintain the serenity of the playloft, this service is offered on a case-by-case basis and is subject to current crowd levels and our team’s capacity. Please speak with our Play Guide onsite to enquire about availability, terms, and additional concierge fees.

We understand little ones may need to pause for water, milk, or small snacks during playtime, and these are welcome at our lockers area.

To help keep our playloft clean, pest-free, and comfortable for all families, full meals and takeaway foods (such as chicken rice, noodles, rice dishes, pasta, or fast food) are not permitted within the space.

Food arrangements are available for birthday parties, private events, and preschool visits.

Yes — all visitors entering the playloft require admission, including accompanying adults. We warmly encourage parents and caregivers to enjoy the space together with their children, as Riri’s was designed to support shared play, connection, and family moments.

Our seating and counter areas are reserved for paying guests, as families use them throughout their visit for bags, socks, snacks, supervision, and short breaks during playtime.

This helps us keep the space comfortable, safe, and fair for everyone, especially during busier periods.
