Frequently asked questions.

What age group is Riri’s Children Playloft suitable for?
Our space is best suited for children aged 2 to 10 years old, but curious little ones of all ages are welcome — with the supervision of a caregiver. There’s something gentle and engaging for every stage of childhood.

When are you opening? We’re currently putting the final touches on our playloft and can’t wait to welcome little ones soon! While we don’t have an exact date just yet, we’re aiming to be fully open by end-July.

If you’d like to be among the first to know, feel free to drop us a message or follow us on Instagram @ririsplayloft for updates. We’ll announce our opening date there as soon as it’s confirmed!

Why can I only have a maximum of 2 adults per child?
We allow up to 2 adults per child to keep the space calm and comfortable for everyone. This helps ensure children have room to explore and play safely, without too many grown-ups crowding the play areas, creating a gentle environment for all families!

Do adults and children need to wear socks?
Yes! We kindly ask all visitors to remove their shoes and wear socks inside our socks-only playloft. If you forget, we have socks available for purchase at the counter.

Is your playloft baby-friendly?
Absolutely. We have a soft baby play mat, a diaper-changing table, and a hot water dispenser for milk or meals. While strollers aren’t allowed inside the play area, there’s a stroller parking zone right outside.

Is the space wheelchair- or mobility-aid friendly?
Our ground floor (Wooden Toy Museum) is accessible. However, the mezzanine level (Mountain Summit camping site and Lights & Shadow Attic) is accessible by stairs only. If you have specific needs, do reach out—we’ll do our best to support your visit.

Can we host birthday parties or private events?
Yes! We love celebrating special days with you. We offer birthday party packages, preschool visits, K2 graduation events, and more. Drop us an email or WhatsApp and we’ll help customise the celebration.

Do you sell snacks or drinks?
We do not currently operate a café, but water is available on-site.

Can I leave my child at the playloft?
All children must be accompanied by a caregiver at all times. We are not a drop-off facility, and your child’s safety and comfort are our top priority.

Are your toys cleaned regularly?
Yes, we take hygiene seriously. Toys are cleaned and sanitised daily, and high-touch surfaces are wiped down regularly throughout the day.

What should we bring?
Just your socks and sense of wonder. Everything else is provided for a day of gentle, joyful play.
