What is your Venue Booking and Change/Cancellation policy?
A 50% deposit is required to secure your preferred party date and time slot. Deposits are non-refundable.
Until the deposit is paid, we reserve the right to release the time slot to other interested parties.
We understand plans can change — that’s why we offer one complimentary reschedule of your party (subject to availability).
For any changes made within 30 days of the party date, a 10% surcharge of the full booking value will apply.
If you choose to cancel, 50% of your deposit can be converted into play session or merchandise credits to be used at Riri’s Children Playloft.
If I am not entering the play areas, do i need to pay for the adult admission?
Yes, all visitors are required to pay admission, even if you’re not playing.
This is because our space is fully reserved for paying guests, and adults often use the seating and facilities (like managing bags, helping children with socks, snack time, and rest breaks).
To keep the experience fair and comfortable for everyone, admission applies to all who enter the playloft.
