Our Amenities

  • Two-storey space for celebration up to 100 pax (full booking required) or cosy parties for up to 35 pax (partial booking).

  • Tables and chairs to suit both grown-ups and little ones

  • Two child-friendly onsite toilets

  • 5 baby high chairs

  • Announcement system to rally guests for cake cutting, games, photo-taking, TV for party static display or your preferred content

  • Parking at doorstep and nearby areas

  • Onsite staff support for your party - guest ushering and engagement, group photo taking

  • [for bookings 3 hours and above] Play Guide support for simple deco set-up, games, cake-cutting.

  • A two-door full-size fridge with freezer and chiller compartments

  • Water dispenser (distilled hot/cold water)

  • Nursing corner behind curtain (semi-private, not lockable)

  • Lockers for bag storage (limited)

  • For guests who forgot socks, non-slip Riri Bear socks available for purchase at the counter ($3.50 each, baby, child and adult sizes available)

Booking Policy

  • To secure the venue, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required, with the balance due 7 days before your party.

  • Balance payments are settled in advance so you can enjoy a smooth, stress-free celebration on the event day.

  • Your plans may change, therefore we offer a one-time complimentary date change with at least 30 days’ notice, subject to availability.

  • If you cancel, 50% of your deposit may be converted into store credits - for play sessions, subsequent venue bookings, merchandise and F&B.
