How long is a typical booking?

We don't have a "standard" duration; we follow your lead.
Most of our families find that 3 hours is the "sweet spot" for a relaxed, unhurried celebration. However, we often have hosts request half-day buyouts to truly lean into the sanctuary experience.

How do we arrange food catering and deco?

You are free to arrange your preferred food catering or bring in your own food. We offer a range of solutions designed to meet your needs—whether you're just getting started or scaling something bigger. Everything is tailored to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
How do I secure the party slot?

A non-refundable 50% deposit allows us to reserve the space for you. The remaining balance is settled 3 days prior to your party, ensuring your actual celebration day is entirely stress-free and focused on your guests.
What if I need to change the party date and timing?

We understand that plans can change. We offer a one-time complimentary date change with at least 30 days’ notice, subject to availability.
Should you need to cancel, 50% of your deposit may be converted into Riri Credits. These can be used for future play sessions and merchandise.
Can we add an educational theme to our party?

Yes! We can facilitate 30-minute "Missions" or "Storytelling" sessions to keep the little ones engaged and inspired. Speak to us on your guest profile and we will be able to advise an activity that best suits the children.
