Finding the Right Space for Your Celebration

Partial Venue Booking — Up to 30 Guests

Planning a smaller celebration? Our partial venue packages are perfect for intimate gatherings of up to 30 guests, including children, adults and babies.

As the rest of Riri's remains open to other visiting families, we keep partial parties to a maximum of 35 guests so everyone has enough room to play and enjoy themselves.

If you're expecting more than 35 guests, our full venue package would be a better fit!

Full Venue Booking — Up to 100 Guests

For bigger celebrations, enjoy exclusive use of our entire two-storey play space, with room for up to 100 guests. For a comfortable play experience, we recommend approximately 40 children or fewer within your total guest count.

A little note on guest numbers: Please include everyone attending when planning your guest list, including babies and accompanying adults. To be fair to families booking different packages, we're unable to accommodate guests beyond your booked package's capacity, even if they arrive at different times.

Making the Most of Your Party Time

A little extra time to get ready, on us!

Every party booking includes 30 minutes of complimentary early access before your scheduled start time, giving you and your vendors time to prepare for the celebration.

For example, if your party is booked from 2pm to 4pm:

• 1.30pm: You and your vendors can arrive to set up.

• 2pm: Let the celebrations begin!

• 4pm: Time to say goodbye, with guests departed and all decorations, catering equipment and belongings packed away.

As we may be welcoming another group of excited children and families after your celebration, we appreciate your help in keeping to the booked timings.

Do factor in time for cake-cutting, dining, photographs, packing up and vendor collection. We won't be able to extend party hours at no charge if programmes run late or more time is needed to clear the space.

Would you like a little more time?

You're welcome to book additional hours in advance, subject to availability:

• Partial Venue: $200 per additional hour

• Full Venue: $400 per additional hour

We recommend this especially if you're planning an elaborate setup or would simply like a more leisurely celebration.

Before You Say Goodbye

A little help with these final touches would be much appreciated:

• Ensure all guests have departed by your booking's end time.

• Gather your gifts, decorations and personal belongings.

• Arrange for caterers and decorators to dismantle and remove their setups.

• Clear away leftover food and personal items from the dining area.

If additional time or cleaning beyond our usual post-party turnover is required, additional charges may apply.

Decorate Beautifully and Safely!

We love seeing the creative ways families bring their party themes to life!

You're welcome to bring your own decorations or engage a professional decorator. We just ask that all setups are suitable for a space where little ones will be playing and exploring.

A Few Things to Keep in Mind

• Backdrops, balloon stands and other decorations should be freestanding, stable and securely installed so they cannot easily tip over or fall onto guests.

• Fabric sashes, drapes, ribbons and decorative strings should be securely fastened and kept away from floors, steps and walkways. Loose materials trailing onto the floor can become slipping or tripping hazards for little feet.

• Please keep entrances, stairways, handrails, emergency exits and play equipment clear.

• To protect our space, please avoid taping, nailing or attaching decorations to our walls, furniture or play structures.

• Please keep Riri Bear's face and our permanent displays uncovered.

• Decorations should be child-friendly, without exposed sharp edges, unsecured heavy objects or loose small parts that young children might pick up.

What About Balloons & Confetti?

Balloons are very welcome! You may bring them pre-inflated or have your decorator prepare them during your allocated setup time.

Our Play Guides will be busy preparing the space, welcoming guests and supporting your celebration, so we kindly ask that you arrange for your decorator or vendor to take care of balloon inflation, decoration setup and dismantling.

We also ask that you skip confetti, glitter and other loose decorative materials. These can scatter onto floors and into food, creating slipping or choking hazards in a space enjoyed by young children.

If our team spots a decoration that could pose a safety concern, we may ask for it to be adjusted or removed. Thank you for helping us keep the celebration beautiful and safe!

Coordination With Your Party Vendors

You're welcome to bring in your favourite caterers, decorators, balloon artists and other party vendors.

To help everything come together smoothly, we recommend sharing your party schedule and setup arrangements with them well in advance.

A few helpful reminders:

• Setup access begins 30 minutes before your booked party time. Please let your vendors know that we won't be able to welcome them earlier, especially while other families are still enjoying the space.

• All backdrops, buffet equipment and other installations should be stable, secure and suitable for a children's play environment.

• Please arrange for your vendors to return and remove their buffet setups, backdrops, decorations, packaging and equipment before your booking ends.

• Our Play Guides will be looking after the venue and supporting your celebration, so catering setup, decoration installation and vendor dismantling should be arranged directly with your vendors.

Our little tip: If your decorator or caterer needs a longer setup window, do consider booking additional time in advance. This is much easier than trying to squeeze everything into the complimentary 30 minutes!

Food, Drinks & Birthday Cake

What's a celebration without something delicious?

We have a designated dining area on Level 1 where your guests can enjoy their food, drinks and birthday cake.

To keep our toys and play areas clean and welcoming for everyone:

• Please enjoy food and drinks within the designated dining area on Level 1.

• Level 2 is reserved for play, so no food or drinks upstairs.

• Do keep an eye on younger children during mealtimes and let our team know if there's a spill so we can attend to it promptly.

• Please arrange for your caterer to clear away leftover food, buffet equipment and related waste before your booking ends.

• Alcoholic drinks are not permitted at partial venue parties. Wine may be allowed for full venue bookings with prior approval.

Sharing Your Little One's Precious Memories

Make your celebration even more personal!

Did you know that we have TVs at Riri's where you can showcase your child's favourite photographs and videos?

From their first smiles and tiny milestones to all the wonderful moments along the way, it's a lovely way to share your child's growing-up journey with family and friends.

Our team can help prepare a slideshow to play on loop during your celebration.

Here's How to Arrange It

• Send us your favourite photos and videos at least 7 days before your party.

• For photographs, please select up to 30 photos.

• Kindly ensure that your files are of good quality and within our supported file-size and format limits. Our team can advise you on these when you submit your materials.

• We'll help put the materials together, upload them to our system and test the display ahead of your celebration.

As preparing and testing the slideshow takes time, we may not be able to have it ready for your party if materials are submitted less than 7 days in advance.

We recommend sending everything together in one submission to avoid last-minute changes.

A little advance planning means more time for everyone to enjoy those precious memories on the big day!

A Little Heads-Up for Your Party Guests

Socks for Everyone!

Riri's is a shoes-off, socks-on play space for hygiene and safety. All adults and children are required to wear socks, and we recommend anti-slip grip socks for children for better traction during play.

Party hosts, please help remind your guests to bring socks when sending out your invitations!

Keeping Little Explorers Safe

Children should be actively supervised by their parents or caregivers throughout the celebration, particularly around stairs, climbing structures and elevated play areas. We also encourage gentle, considerate play so everyone can enjoy the space safely.

Planning a Drop-Off Party?

Drop-off parties are welcome! Please let us know in advance and arrange for responsible adults to remain onsite to supervise the children.

Our Play Guides will be focused on supporting your celebration and managing the venue, rather than providing childcare or individual supervision.

For younger children, we recommend having parents or caregivers stay and join in the fun!

Ready to Make It Official?

A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your chosen party date and time.

The remaining balance is due at least 7 days before your celebration, with full payment required before the party can begin.

What If Your Plans Change?

We understand that plans can change, especially when little ones are involved!

• 30 days or more before your party: One complimentary reschedule, subject to availability.

• Fewer than 30 days before your party: A 10% rescheduling surcharge applies, subject to availability.
