We aren't a traditional indoor playground—we're a thoughtfully curated celebration space designed for both children and adults to enjoy.

Here's what makes Riri's different:

What are the available time slots for birthday parties?

We offer flexible party timings to suit your family's schedule. Whether you're planning a morning brunch, lunchtime gathering, afternoon celebration or evening party, our Play Guides will work with you to find a suitable time slot.

Can I book your space for a full-day event?

Yes. For larger celebrations, combined events or occasions where you'd like exclusive use of the space for an extended period, we offer full-day exclusive bookings. Please contact our Play Guides for a customised quotation.

How long is a typical birthday party booking?

Most families choose our 3-hour booking, as it provides a comfortable, unhurried pace for setup, celebration, play, food and cake cutting.

Many hosts appreciate the additional time for:

• Decorating the space at a relaxed pace.

• Taking family photographs before guests arrive.

• Allowing the birthday child to settle into the environment before the celebration begins.

If you require a longer celebration, we'd be happy to discuss the available options.

When can I start setting up for my party?

Your booking includes 30 minutes of complimentary setup time before your party begins.

This allows you or your decorator time to prepare the space before your guests arrive. If you require additional setup time, do let us know in advance and we'll be happy to advise on the available options.

How do we arrange food catering and decorations?

You're welcome to engage your preferred caterer or bring your own food for the celebration.

For decorations, you're welcome to engage your own decorator or decorate the space yourself. If you'd like recommendations, our Play Guides will be happy to share vendors that many of our families have used.

Can I put decorations anywhere in the space?

To ensure everyone's safety and preserve the play environment, some areas are suitable for decorations while others are not.

Our Play Guides will be happy to advise you on:

• Areas where decorations can be safely placed.

• Areas that should remain decoration-free.

• Suitable methods for putting up decorations.

These guidelines are based on safety considerations and our experience from hosting many celebrations, helping to ensure your event runs smoothly while protecting the space for everyone.

How do I secure my birthday party booking?

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking and reserve your preferred date and time.

The remaining balance is payable 3 days before your celebration, allowing you to enjoy the party itself without worrying about administrative matters on the day.

Can I pay the deposit by credit card?

To confirm your booking, deposits are to be made via PayNow to our company UEN.

If you have any questions regarding payment, our Play Guides will be happy to assist.

Can you hold a party date while I consider?

Yes, we're usually happy to place a temporary hold on your preferred date while you finalise your plans.

Once we've issued your booking invoice, we'll reserve your party date until the invoice expiry stated. This gives you time to complete your booking while ensuring we can manage our party calendar fairly.

If you require a little more time beyond the invoice expiry, simply speak with our Play Guides. We'll be happy to understand your situation and advise on the available options wherever possible.

What if I need to change my birthday party date or time?

We understand that plans sometimes change.

We offer one complimentary date change provided we receive at least 30 days' notice, subject to availability.

Should you need to cancel your booking, 50% of your deposit may be converted into Riri Credits, which can be used towards future play sessions or merchandise.

Can my guests stay after the party ends?

To ensure every family enjoys their booking fairly, all guests are required to leave at the end of the reserved booking duration.

As we often have another celebration or play session scheduled afterwards, we seek your understanding that we're unable to extend the stay beyond the booked timing unless prior arrangements have been made.

Can I extend my party during the celebration?

If there isn't another booking immediately after yours, we'll be happy to check if an extension is possible on the day.

As extensions are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed, we recommend booking the duration you'll need in advance—especially if you're planning a relaxed celebration with catering, games and time for guests to mingle.

Can we add an educational theme to our birthday party?

Absolutely!

We offer optional 30-minute Storytelling and Mission Challenge sessions designed to entertain, engage and inspire children during the celebration.

Simply let our Play Guides know the children's ages and interests, and we'll recommend an activity that's best suited for your party.
